Q: I thought this product was suppose to shut off automatically after 2 hours. I accidently left it turned on and went to bed, and went to work the next day. Upon returning home, it was on. Should I return the item as defective? I recently purchased it.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. We highly recommend that you stop using it immediately for your safety. It is our commitment to replace the entire unit if it has defects.
