poor bike ever

the bike came damage, i took it back to canandian tire, they gave back to me as fixed but it's not. worst buy i did. the maneger Antony said the bike is like this....tottaly absurd, while i cycle the feet fell down.

Chain keeps breaking

One star is more than this bicycle deserves. I purchased the Mountain Bike at the end of March but due to weather didn't actually ride it until the 24th of April. About every three rides the chain fell off and towards the end of June the chain actually broke while changing gears. I contacted the Canadian Tire store and they replaced the chain. Two rides later the chain broke again. I do not believe this is a chain problem, rather a problem with the gears. I contacted Canadian Tire help and they informed me I could get a store credit or refund but when I returned it to the Canadian Tire store they refused to give me a refund or store credit saying only they would exchange it for another bike. I decided on a Raleigh bike but have yet to be able to ride it as chain rubs against the front derailer. It remained ay the store to be repaired and I was called a few days ago to pick it up. Upon examination at the Canadian Tire store I discovered the chain still rubbing against the front derailer so left it there two days ago, still waiting to hear back. I am totally unsatisfied and prefer my money back!
