Gone are the days of 100% mineral spirits.

Too bad Canada put dumb VOC regulations in place for "cleaning up" our dirty air... The substitute mineral spirits is pathetic and more expensive, not to mention way more flammable. Bring back 100% mineral spirits or I'll just start using gasoline to clean my parts.

Q: Can this be used in my automotive parts washer?

A: Perfectly safe to use in an automotive style parts washer. Just wear nitrile gloves so your hands don't dry out. The odorless varsol is preferrable. (Retired mechanic).
