Q: I bought the 40" E10, it will not respond to the remote or the manual button to turn on, , after being off for any length of time. Unplug and start fresh it is fine. Took it back and exchanged for another, same issue...Company says mother board issue....

Q: How to activate the built-in speakers? There is no sound. Too bad it seems that one needs Bluetooth to start entire set up. I think that has screwed up the sound even though I have unpaired.

4 years agoA: Yes it is. I have found this TV to be okay but about every 2 - 3 weeks I have to unplug it to reset everything as it just stops working. I think if you use it every day you will not have this happen.

10 months agoA: Any brand will do. I bought one from Amazon. i measured the threaded holes on the backside for making sure i did not order the wrong size. Its regular size though. mounting is easy. good product. no issues so far.
