Q: So then, where is the proper Skylink Internet Hub for use with this camera?

A: Unfortunately the compatible hub has been discontinued as well. We've upgraded the hub to our new model (HU-100), and the compatible camera is model (WC-400PH).

Q: SKYLINK INTERNET HUB I HAVE PURCHASED 3 OF THE IP INTERNET CAMERAS WHICH REQUIRES THE INTERNET HUB BUT CANNOT FIND A LISTING FOR IT ON YUR WEBSITE. REGARDLESS IF I ASK FOR IT BY PRODUCT NUMBER 046-0162 OR SKYLINK INTERNET HUB ETC.

A: If you are thinking of buying the HU-100 hub, this camera (WC-400) is not compatible with that hub. The camera that will work with the HU-100 hub is the WC-400PH.

Q: outdoor viewing? if this camera is positioned on a windowsill pointing outside will the picture quality be viewable? (no glare?)

A: It all depends sometimes of the positioning of the sun and at night, you might get more glare from the window pane because the lighting from inside of your house tends to reflect unless your drapes are closed and the camera is between the drapes and the window pane. Q: What other equipment is necessary to access this camera remotely? I see that it mentions a Skylink Internet hub in the description, so does that mean it is required? The only other item I see that may fit that description comes with a remote garage door opener. Is this unit necessary to operate?

A: To use the camera you have to use it in conjunction with the Skylink Internet Hub 046-0162. This will enable it to connect to the internet so you can access and the camera through your computer, phone or tablet. The camera can be used in conjunction with a garage door opener to provide visibility and security or it can also be used on its own but the hub is always required.
