Very impressed

I had this vacuum for two years, and it was amazing. Powerful yet very light and easy to manoeuvre. It eventually broke, but it was such good value that I bought another one to replace it.

Petit aspirateur pratique pour notre petite surface, bonne aspiration. Seulement après un an, il ne marche plus du jour au lendemain, j'ai beau tout nettoyer a l’intérieur, rien n'y fait.
Attention le filtre de l'aspirateur laisse passer de la poussière dans la partie moteur.

I liked this product for the first bit.
It would shut off when the hair was caught in the system.
I prefer something that would continue to work with the hair - which is part of the vacuuming.

Q: Can't figure out how to convert to handheld I can't find my manual, can't find one online - and can't convert this vacuum to hand held. Please advise how to do this. Thanks

A: 1. Unwrap the cord (!). 2. Pull the plastic locking latch (I think it says "PULL TO OPEN"). 3. Grasping the handle near the vacuum body, carefully wiggle it back and forth and side to side to remove it. It will be tight if you haven't removed it before. Don't rush it, or you may break it. It will come out. 4. Close the latch over the handle hole. 5. (Optional) Pull the floor attachment out of the body in the same careful manner for snub-nose mode. There is no locking tab. CT: Please provide better answers. This was a very basic question about one of your products.

Q: Is the Hepa filter included in box or does it have to be bought separately? Or is it inside of the unit where it cannot be seen? I do not see a Hepa filter in mine i bought
