The Scosche FD5000SW factory stereo replacement interface allows you to replace your factory OEM stereo in SELECT 2005 to 2014 Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. This interface will maintain the data-controlled +12V switched ACC power for after-market stereo installation. It retains factory-amplified “Premium Sound” systems. Interface sends the proper “radio healthy” messages to vehicle computer. Utilizes standard wire color codes for easy installation.

Q: Will this work on a 2004 ford crown Victoria? I bought the one that says it’s for that year and it’s not even close. This looks correct though.
2 years agoA: It did work for me to install my deck in my 2008 Ford F-350 instructions it came with are good although it was a fairly complex job to get the colour coded wiring right a lot of trial and error but I did succeed. Might be worth having an professional installer do it if your unsure about it

Q: The website says that this item fits my 2006 Ford Fusion, but when I click on the manual it doesn't include the Fusion in the list of cars. I'm looking to install an aftermarket radio, a Sony 920BT. If it does work, does it retain steering wheel control?
