Product Details

REESE Towpower InterLock hitch balls have a patented hex design which allows for a one-wrench tightening system when used with a REESE InterLock ball mount. It makes for installing the hitch ball more efficient, and prevents marring of the hitch ball. It is not limited for use with the InterLock ball mount, and can be used with any standard ball mounts.

Inventory

Have to chase around to different stote, 1st one showed 2 in inventory. After attemptin the in-store purchase and staff confirming inventory was ZERO, it remained.unchanged. Tried an o-line purchase which was denied due ti insufficient stock. Tried an on-line purchase of 2 from another store 1/2 hour away showed 3 in stock. Call from store advised they’d put 1 in the purchase inventory due to insufficient stock after picking up from the locker to advise customer srrvice that tjere was only 1 unit. Luckily that did work but what if customer service didn’t believe me. Why didn’t the person filling the order have the correction made. Still only ave 1 piece, needed 2. Yrs, it was clearance but inventory should be corrcted. There is no cost saving when you need to drive around to different stores to get an order fulfilled

Q: Front of packaging states 6000 lb capacity, but on side of actual packaging it gives 2000 lb capacity (very confusing!). Which is it?

A: There is a mis-print on the packaging. This ball is rated for 6000 lb. You will find the weight rating is stamped on the top of the ball itself. Thank you for calling this out to us, we will correct our packaging to read 6000 lb on the side label. I am very sorry for any confusion this has caused.
