Fan is very loud

Inexpensive and the unit was easy to install and works fine, but the fan is very loud compared to a typical range hood. It is loud enough that you definitely don't want to keep the fan on for a moment longer than you need to.
No, I do not recommend this product.

i bought & installed myself in my kitchen about 6 months back
still working good
fan motor is high speeded & powerfull but noisy
light is ok
design & shape looks good & latest
many construction holes are there , i closed
several holes by duct tap to increase suction/vacume state in the body of hood

Q: How deep is the top, flat portion of the fume hood? I can see that the overall dimensions are: - 24" wide - 6" tall - 18" deep yet, how deep of a shelf/cupboard would be ideal for this fume hood? (I just really don't want it to look "wonky"!!!)

Q: What hardware is needed to connect this fume hood to the 4" duct in the ceiling?

A: Four-way convertible; installs ducted 3 1/4" X 10" (vertical or horizontal), 7" round (vertical) and non-ducted. Non-ducted filter FKM65 (52-2849) sold separately. We do not recommend using a 4” round ceiling duct, performance will be lost as high 45%.

Q: DO ANY OF YOUR RANGE HOODS ALREADY COME WITH A PLUG SO I CAN JUST GO AHEAD AND PLUG IT IN?? OR DO THEY ALL REQUIRE AN ELECTRICIAN?

A: All hoods in the assortment are wired, none at CT have plugs.

Q: Is this range available in other coulours then white? Is this range available in black if not is the some available in black but is not larger then 29inch and is interior ventilated.

A: This range hood is available in black as a special order at store level. All the specs are the same as the white unit.
