I dropped a tank she'll on it and it still works! wosh it was louder but I'm using it in a factory so you can imagine how loud it is in there. everything works (I just didn't test the cassette player)

Great little machine

It’s small but does everything I want it to do. The sound is great but the symbols that explain operating procedures are a bit confusing. I’m fine now but was confused when I first got it. Overall I am very pleased.

The unit did not work. It would not play a cassette. Then it ate the cassette that I was trying to play.

Q: I’m wanting a radio for the garage and wanting it to turn on when I turn the lights on in the garage. Can I get instant power by plugging in or do I need to use the on/off switch after plugging in.

A: Hi MomK, The power switch is mechanical so if the boombox is left on a radio station and there is a power disruption when you turn the power back on to the unit, it will resume playing the radio on that station. There is no need to power on or off. Other functions, like CD, need assistance to resume playing when the unit is repowered.
