Pictured is a before and after with it sitting in the gas tank for 4 days. Paid quite a bit for two jugs of this stuff over $100… as you can see it doesn’t really work. Bottle states to leave “overnight” for heavy rust to which mine was fairly moderate and as you can see still lots of rust left that will flake off and pack up the filter over time. Your best bet is to go with muriatic acid if you want a quick solution that works. Overall not impressed and wasted $100. Apple cider vinegar could have gotten this result for a small fraction of what I paid.

I removed the rust from rusty iron. It worked.

I used it on my transmission pan which was rusted. After cleaning with wire wheel I proceeded to let it soak overnight in this product to remove remaining rust pockets. Having a clean transmission pan is important for me since my sports car is 20years old but I keep it clean and having rust underbody would make everything else look bad. Am I right guys? Any hoot, after soaking overnight the pan was pretty clean and rust free. It wasn’t like brand new of course but way better. Yeah I could have bought a new pan online and offset the costs of this product, but you never know if the fit will be perfect on a part for a 20 year car. So instead I went the restoration route. Looks pretty clean! Product worked well, I am curious to see how long it will sat that way. Of course I don’t drive it in the rain. We don’t wet all our sports cars only to have it rust afterwards am I right guys! So far, no leaks gasket looks like it was all good. It was my first time so I was nervous. Know what I mean right ? Any hoot. Good product. Does the job.

Q: Cam the product be sprayed with an air gun

A: No. You need to soak the metal with rust in the solution in order to designer the rust. I used the solution to soak off bad rust from my iron BBQ grills. Had to soak each grill completely f of r 24 hours. Was a challenge to find a container that would accommodate grills without having to purchase more than I gallon is this product. Worked like a charm.
