Permatex Optimum Easy-Disassembly Red NOW has Easy-Disassembly feature to reduce the time it takes to disassemble the engine or parts. Apply Optimum Easy Disassembly as normal and when it comes time to take apart, all you have to do is loosen the parts from each other and peel away the gasket maker with your fingers. Its that easy! Permatex Optimum Easy Disassembly Seals Strong and Removes Fast Permatex’s Optimum Easy-Disassembly Red offers the maximum temperature resistant available today. Optimum Red ranges up to 750°F (399°C); higher than Ultra Copper and Regular RTV Red. This Maximum Temperature gasket maker is resistant to high thermal cycling and is sensor-safe, non-corrosive RTV. This chemical gasket maker can be used in replacement of pre-cut gaskets and is ideal for high-temperature applications such as the exhaust manifold, header, turbochargers and slip-fit exhaust parts.
