FABULOUS PANS!!

I bought this set of 2 (as well as the 32cm pan - see that review for more context). Have used these pans for several weeks now with no problems, as of yet. As mentioned in my other review, I don't know why this Paderno Hybrid Clad collection has any bad reviews, period. I went straight to what everyone says is the real test - cooking eggs (easy over)- but I did cook the bacon first, then tried the eggs in the same pan (11 inch). Bacon cooked up great with no problems. Heated up the pan with a 'touch' of olive oil knowing the bacon would release plenty of oil. Then, the eggs. I didn't attempt to 'move' my eggs until I saw little bubbles at the edges of the eggs. Then, yep, they moved around with ease! Flipped them & they had a nice colour (crisp) to them. Again - what ever residue was in the pan, most came off with a quick wipe of paper towel, then a soapy wash it was. And just to note - - - - I have an Induction stove (this set heats up great - right to the top of the rim). I always wash by hand (not dishwasher) and never use metal utensils. So far, I am vey pleased with the 3 pans I purchased (32cm, 9 & 11 inch) and now have my eye on the wok! So, again, not sure why people are getting the results they are & posting bad reviews. My only answer would be user error. I've cooked & flipped various omelette's with nothing sticking. Bacon cooks up superbly with great colour & crunch. At this point, I am very glad I took the plunge and purchased all 3 of the pans.

Fancy pan, not non-stick

It's a nice pan, beat design. Don't let husband be first to use it tho. It's definitely not non-stick but if using oil and not overheating then I'm sure it'd be fine.

A: This product features a textured cooking surface. The raised stainless steel grid is not coated with anything and allows for better browning/searing of proteins. The recessed portion of the cooking surface has a non-stick coating which makes cleaning easier. It is compatible with all stovetops, but as with most cookware, typically only low to medium heat should used.
