To maintain the integrity of the grill, we strongly recommend against any modifications. Please note that the Napoleon Rogue XT 425 series grills are not designed to be converted between gas types. Be sure to select the correct gas type, either natural gas or propane, at the time of purchase to ensure proper function and maintain your warranty coverage. We appreciate your understanding!

Q: Can you use the side infrared burner as a regular burner to, say, boil a pot of water? Or is it only for searing?
4 years agoA: Thank you for your question! Yes, the side burner can be utilized to boil water, or sauté food. The pot/ pan cannot exceed 70% coverage of this burner though, so please insure the pot/ pan is less than 10 inches wide.
