missing rubber foot

well the board is nice, the little bowls and spoons are nice. I received mine and the little rubber foot was missing on one of the corners.

De plus, selon les indications, elle se lave à la main, hors, après avoir passé un linge humide, le bois est devenu poreux et plein de sharpies s'en détachent.
