Facile à tenir et à manipuler, mais le manche est un peu court. Il pile bien et sans vraiment d'effort. Dû sa forme, qui nous évite d'y mettre trop d'effort, les morceaux restent +/- gros. Il faut simplement piler un peu plus. Les aliments ne restent pas tout collés/pognés lors du travail. Un simple coup et ça décolle. Facile à nettoyer. De tous mes essais de pilons, c'est mon meilleur. Et à petit prix !!!
