Upgrade from old cover

Similar to my last cover that lasted 15 years but with the added cinch straps at the rear. Fits my old 16.5' fiberglass starcraft open bow runabout. Not a perfect fit but good enough for winter storage. Long enough to cover the outboard which is a bonus. 400D fabric seems tough enough.

Didn't fit the boat as measured.

Good material, but it didn't fit the boat as expected. I bought the cover based on the measurements as described on the box. I have an 18' Tracker Targa, 102" beam. The cover was too short at the sides where it goes over the windshield. The material looks good quality. Had it fit I'm sure I would have been very satisfied.

Boat cover for 15 to 16 ft boat.

The boat cover was a replacement for an older one bought at least 15 years ago. The new cover was similar look and construction but considerably more narrow and does not fully cover the boat. The straps are too short to fasten the cover to the trailer frame and I ended up using the old cover straps which were longer and fortunately connected to the new cover tabs. The new cover does not cover the outboard motor unlike the original. It appears that cost reductions by the manufacturer have made the cover only marginally useful.
