Offered incorrect product

I saw a 2 Qty battery online and then headed to store as it shows in stock. I showed the product from the app and someone in store helped pulling it from auto service desk billed it then I realized it is 1 Qty pack for the same price, Store associate said they have only 1 Qty packs. So I have to return it immediately. Don't know why it shows 2Qty in stock in that store.

Q: I purchased an Energizer 2032 Lithium and cannot get it out of the plastic packaging. Almost like the plastic has sealed itself to the battery during the packaging process. How do you get it out?

A: That was my problem too! It isn’t stuck but if I remember correctly I had to really struggle with heavy-duty scissors or something like that. It wasn’t easy for sure.
