Questions
Q: What is the minimum length of log this stand will hold?
4 years agoA: Twelve and a half inches is the absolute minimum width, and that would be for smooth, uniform wood. Because the hoops the wood sits on swivel, uneven pieces tend to cause the hops to swing out. Realistically, I'd say 14" is a better figure. Since so much of my firewood is cut to 12" or so, I'm giving thought to adding some wire mesh to keep my wood in place.
