Not as good as I hoped

The pull down nozzle will not quite retract all the way up as it should. The weight is in the proper place. Any suggestions?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Based on your description, it sounds like the spray head may be prevented from docking completely when it gets to the spout. Check the weight on the hose as you manually retract it to make sure the weight is not reaching the floor or being obstructed as you pull it out and dock it, preventing the spray head from reaching the spout completely to dock. Classy with Style

The name says it all, Classic. I had a problem with my water softener malfunction sending debris through my entire plumbing system in my house clogging pipes and faucets. Every faucet needed to be replaced. Replacing every faucet on a budget was important but it had to look good also. This faucet did just that. The look, the finish, the operational of this faucet and the install was simple making the entire replacement process and the plumbing problem I was dealing with that much easier to deal with. One note, it does not come with faucet hoses so make sure to pick a couple up if you don't already have any.

Smooth working Fawcett , easy install looks great the operation of the handle is very light . Pulls out easy and sprays strong , reaches out across the sink basin so no more sore back . I got this on clearance for a great price .

A: The one year applies to in store. Pfister stands behind their products. They sent us a replacement part when the spray nozzle broke.

A: We're sorry we missed your question. You don't need to hold the button down in spray mode. You toggle the button to spray mode, and it stays in the spray until you toggle it back to stream or turn the water off, and it returns to stream mode when you turn it back on.

Q: What size/type of supply lines are required?

A: Pfister Classic model #F-529-7PFS includes two inlet adapters, #970-075, that connect to ½” water supply lines with ½” fittings. The other end of the water supply lines would depend on the connection size in your home.
