Q: I purchased this yesterday, but it did not come with the noted tubing or connector and it does not stand on its own. Do I also need to purchase a liner or the metal tree collar so it will stay standing??
2 years agoA: Thanks for you inquiry, the tubing and connector must have fallen out. Please return this and do an exchange at your local CTC. The tubing and connector should be tucked inside the packaging.
