Poor product

I bought the Dyson AM09 Hot + Cool™ Oscillating and everytime I switch it to heat mode after almost 2 minutes running in heat mode there is a H2 that pops up on the display screen. I honestly don't know what is causing that issue but after spending all the money on this product I cannot use the heater on this product. What a waste of money this product is.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought it for the winter and the heating part was excellent, now in the summer the cooling part is just as good.

Have only used for heating so far. We have a larger version for cooling, we also have 2 Dyson vacuum stick cleaners, best products on the market.

A: Hello Alex, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson AM09 Hot + Cool Heather & Fan will heat a 400 sq. ft. room. Dyson AM09 will have a few features which are worth noting as it relates to heating mode. To begin with, the heater will need to be set above the current room temperature in order for your machine to function at its optimal performance, as it will go into a standby mode as it reads the room temperature, awaiting the temperature reading to drop below what it has been set to. Also, your machine will work with two airflow modes, as part of Dyson Jet Focus technology. This will allow you to set your unit to blow out in a diffused mode for whole room use or focused mode for personal heating. We hope this information is helpful. A: Hello! This is Miella from Dyson. You can totally leave the machine running while you sleep. It works by monitoring the room temperature, and shutting itself off once the desired temperature is met. If the room falls away from the particular set temperature, it'll turn itself back on. Q: If the power goes out while the fan is on, will it go back to the same setting when the power comes back on?
