Very Poor Product

This item is very poor. The power was so limited that it couldn’t blend fruit well even though it claims to crush ice. When I brought it back I was even more disappointed because I had to get another blender vs store credit, another item or my money back. Every other blender was more expensive and it is hard to know which machine will work well. This has been my most disappointing purchase for a long time at CTC. The product should never have been carried by Canadian Tire. Also a bad experience with the return policy. Hopefully someone will read this review and reach out to me about resolution

Overall a good blender. Breaks up ice well and is very easy to clean with full disassembly of the blending jar. Glass jar as well!
