The Accu-Temp Deep Fry & Candy Thermometer is a versatile tool for any kitchen. It reads in both Celsius and Fahrenheit, with a temperature range from 100°F to 400°F (40°C to 204°C). Made of stainless steel and heat-resistant glass, it features an adjustable pot clip for easy positioning.
