Made with durable, heavy glaze, kiln-dried enamel on steel with the classic speckled finish, this roaster heats up quickly, helps foods lock in flavour and moisture and cleans up in a snap. Dishwasher safe and designed for stove top; not to be used in microwaves.

i liked it because i avoid "non stick" coatings as much as i can, and from what i gather these use a ceramic or glass coating, and its big, and has a top that you could use as a second roast pan if you wanted to.
