The Outbound Queen Flocked Double-High Air Mattress provides comfortable and durable camping sleep. Its flocked sleeping surface and vinyl construction with coil-beam supports make a comfortable airbed. The included 110V electric pump enables quick and easy inflation and deflation. A heavy-duty repair patch and carry bag add convenience for storage and transport. Normal stretching and pressure decrease after initial uses are expected. Simply add air to desired firmness, and the pressure will stabilize over several uses.

I bought this mattress about 2 weeks again and used it everyday since, it is very firm when inflated completely. Make sure to follow the instructions to reinflate a bit after the first and second day, as it takes a bit of time for the mattress to fully stretched. I also really like the height, it is a big improvement of the regular height one and makes it easier to step of bed in the morning.

Q: I tried deflating with the top of the pump but the seal does not allow air to escape. Please explain exactly how the pump will remove the air?

A: Thank you for your interest in out Outbound Double High Queen Air mattress with Pump. The valve on the mattress is called a Boston Valve. To inflate, you need to unscrew the cap. This is a one way air flow, air will go in, but not come out. To deflate, you need to remove the whole valve, it unscrews on the bottom and comes off the mattress completely. Then you can deflate your mattress.

A: The manual does not include a diagram for inflation, but the mattress comes with a built-in electric pump. Just plug it in, turn the dial to “INFLATE,” and it will fully inflate in under 5 minutes. According to the manual, the motor should not run for more than 20 minutes and needs a 10-minute cool-down between uses.

A: Yes, once opened this air bed comes with a 1-year over the counter replacement only warranty against defects in workmanship and materials when accompanied by proof of purchase.
