tree good, stand not

This is a nice tree but the stand is lacking. There are no set screws to tighten the tree in the stand. I had to find wood to jam down in the stand to hold the tree steady. dmDisappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Wires are well marked and easy to connect. 5 wires with simple insert / twist connectors are all it takes. 1 minute yo get them all connected.

If your tree seems stuck in demo mode, try pressing and holding the button on the control box for 5 seconds to reset, then use the control or remote to select the steady-on mode.
