Nespresso Coffee Maker

i bought this on a store clearance from Canadian Tire. This model does not have a milk frother which is good because i would never use it. Only had it 2 weeks and so far its been good. Reordered coffee on line from nespresso and it was delivered in 2 days. I'm still searching for which blend I like best.
Pods are a bit pricy but for a good coffee I don't mind.

Lukewarm coffee

We purchased this coffee machine on a final sale, after recommendation from the Nespresso boutique customer service rep and although she answered all of our questions, she forgot to mention that this coffee machine makes lukewarm coffee. Now Nespresso will tell you its because of the great coffee and the need to be at a certain temperature from an awesome experience, yeah, right - no! Unless you reheat the machine, your cream, your cup, you'll end up reheating your coffee. Bottom line if you make 2-3 coffees in the morning, it won't be hot. If you use continuously, it will be.
Purchase it full price, try it out and see for yourself, at least you can return it if you don't like it.... Saving you money and the hassle.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It is important for you to know that Nespresso coffees are not designed to be as hot as a filter coffee for example and although the temperature of this machine cannot be increased manually, here are some tips for using it to get a hot coffee:
-Use warm water to warm your cup before extraction.
-Use a cup of the size of your preparation. Using a larger cup will cool the mixture faster.
-Clean the extraction chamber frequently. The cleaning will take 5 minutes. We recommend this step once a week. You will find the instructions in your user manual.
In addition, please note that our Intenso coffee is also extracted at a higher temperature since its aromatic profile allows it. If you are an intense coffee lover, you will certainly enjoy it.
If these tips do not improve the extraction temperature of your machine, please contact us toll-free at 1.855.325.5781, in order to benefit from our technical support.

Great expresso! I use the milk frother for lattes and cappuccino and the teenagers use it for hot chocolate. Preheats quickly, one button operation and has a large tank.

A: The Vertuoline (first model) is made in Swiss, but the new model Evolou is made in China
