Damaged by CT - supplier making it right

Item had some fairly significant damage when unboxing. Contacted Napoleon and they are sending out replacement parts. Excellent warranty service so far by Napoleon. Pretty poor warehousing by CT. Can understand how it was on clearance now… looking forward to using it once I can put it together!

Q: On the Napoleon website, this model (RXT425SIBPSS-1) is advertised with stainless steel grid for the main cooking area, and cast iron for the infrared side burner. Can someone please confirm?

A: Mine has cast grills. The warming grill above the main grills is stainless. Hope this helps.
