Good BBQ but damage to packaging

The BBQ looks good however the packaging was damaged at the base which bent the 3 metal sides creating an issue to get burner positioned and affixed

Gets really hot and has good quality grills...overall really happy. The only thing that would improve it is the top grill gets in the way of the main area.

Reason for my purchase is due ,this Barbecue is quality. Its still in the box , will put together in the Spring. Also its because my family has a Napoleon BQ that Natural gas. And they love it.
You also get 10 years warranty this is great

So far it has worked well. Little finicky sometimes with the manual igniters, but the only other option would be to have an electric ignition to make it flawless.
I am disappointed that the front cover doesn’t open up for storage.

A: Hi Jeff, Thanks for reaching out! Our Napoleon gas grills are designed for specific gas types and are thoroughly tested and certified for safety and performance. They should not be modified in any way. Please note that the Rebel series grills cannot be converted between gas types. You'll need to select the correct gas type (natural gas or propane) at the time of purchase to ensure proper function and warranty coverage. Thanks again!

A: Hi Peter, The Napoleon Rebel Grill Series , has the instant JETFIRE Ignition System, which is innovative and easy to use. It shoots a jet of flame to light each of the main gas burners individually for quick start ups every time. It does not need a separate igniter. Thanks

A: The Rebel is exclusive to Canadian Tire. The cart on the Rebel does not have a door, and the propane tank would need to be loaded from the back of the cart. The Freestyle has a door on the cart.
