Excellent quality, easy cleaning

This griddle fits perfectly the Napoleon TravelQ 285 nat gas grill. The surface can be cleaned easily (just don't use tools that can scratch the porcelain that covers the cast iron). Excellent for fish, veggies and bacon/eggs.

J'ai acheté cette plaque de cuisson en fonte en 2023, je l'utilise fréquemment l'été pour cuire les oeufs et beacons au petit déjeuné et aussi pour d'autres repas tel que des crevettes, etc. Je mets de l'huile après chaque utilisation et après 1 ans elle est comme une neuve.

Q: Does it need to have any coating removed and must it be seasoned before using?

A: There's no coatings to remove and as dark as seasoning it I just rubbed some olive oil on the cook side and it's cleaned up nice every time I've used it ! Hope this helps
