Super happy with this mini stepper!

I have osteoarthritis and am limited to the type of exercise equipment I can use. I had a great little exercise bike that finally gave up after ten years, and I couldn't find another suitable one. I need something light, compact, and quiet and this mini indoor exercise stepper is perfect! I watch TV while I'm exercising and it lets me work as hard or as gently as I need to. I sometimes use hand weights as well. Feels solid and doesn't slide around.

A: Thank you for your inquiry about the Motion C2 Mini Indoor Exercise Stepper. The resistance cannot be adjusted on the stepper, as there is only one setting. This setting offers an even resistance level which provides low-impact workouts, which are easy on the joints.
