OK for light duty use only 😕

Better than nothing but not as robust as it should be for the price. Perhaps it's like most things at CTC if it isn't on sale younpaid too much. I was using a carbide burr with a 1/4" head and it bent the rigid part of the shaft below the collet. It was easy to straighten meaning the shaft isn't near sturdy enough. I'll be looking to replace it with something better.

absolute garbage

so poorly made that the end of the shaft wobbles when using it. The whole point of having a flexible shaft with pen grip is to be more precise. It doesn't really work when the end of the shaft wobbles so bad you don't even want to touch the material you're working on.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed with item

I had to return one and get another as the drill bit was stuck in the end and would not unscrew.Same thing happened with the second one.I didn't bother return it and lose another diamond drill bit .I instead went to another competitor and got a different brand extension and it works perfectly.

Q: What does this fit? Will this work on any model of MC rotary tool? If not, what models does it work with and why is there no list for this. Also would this with a Dremel rotary tool?

A: The Milescraft FlexShaftXT is compatible with Dremel and other rotary tools that have the same thread. Mastercraft and Dremel have the same threads therefore both are compatible with the Milescraft FlexShaftXT. Please note the that Milescraft FlexShaftXT is not compatible with the Dremel 4000 which has a quick release.
