    The vacuum wasn’t working properly on the carpet, even though it was brand new. We only opened it to test it. When we tried to return it, Canadian Tire’s policy was terrible—they pressured us to exchange it or buy something else, and only offered a refund card with an expiry date. It feels like customers are being forced into another purchase.

    Would recommend for small spaces with those having limited mobility as well.

    Work very well in picking up pet hair and such. Just wishing the canister was a little bigger, like 4-5inches bigger so was easier to dump without having to remove filter as tank fills fast. Easy to move around furniture and love the versatile of making different combinations in where the weight is displaced with the tank location.

    I highly recommend if you don’t need to run it more than 15 minutes at a time.

    I love this cordless vacuum. I especially like its weight and its ability to get under furniture and into corners. The downside is that it only runs about 15 minutes before needing to be recharged. The description says up to an hour but that’s not realistic. You need to use on high for good pickup and that runs down the battery quickly.

    Very happy with this Triflex, it’s light and easy to use. Initially found it a bit stiff to separate the components but as I get used to it it’s becoming easier. Prior to purchase I read the reviews and some made comments about the small size and tricky to empty bin. At first I found it awkward to empty but all of a sudden the penny dropped regarding the emptying technique and it’s so easy ! As we have 2 dogs I vacuum at least once every day and the Triflex is very good with picking up the dog hair. The Triflex is as efficient at vacuuming as my Miele Blizzard , it’s lightweight but feels sturdy and the components fit together perfectly with a nice click to reassure you that it’s correctly assembled. I am very happy with my purchase
