Products base is warped and does not sit firmly flat on a cup. It rocks on the cup and is dangerous. Im worried about family members burning themselves.

A: Don't listen to Canadian Tire. They have no knowledge of what they're selling. I got one today.. It says right on the box that a sample pack of filters is included. It doesn't say how many but it says they're included.. Five filters are included.
