Missing parts

Missing parts, 1 socket 13mm.
I admit my fault that I didn't check all the socket before I go through the counter, but some time the counter should check the items before they punch the barcode. I realized it when I got home that the 1 socket was missing.

Garbage plastic carry case, nice sockets

Garbage plastic carry case, nice sockets. Was driving home, had sockets on the front seat, someone cut me off, I had to slam on my brakes, socket set fell onto floor (about 1 foot drop) and poof... the plastic plug at the end bent, sockets went flying all over the car on the floor.
What a garbage design. If I had time I would have returned it. I just ripped out the plastic plug and have to be careful everywhere it's carried.
The socket set does feel real high quality... does the job well, and I enjoy the locking button on the socket handheld part.

Q: The set I own has a socket engraved with 1/2" on it but is actually 9/16". The 9/16" engraved socket is correct. Has anybody had the same problem?

A: My set came with all the normal pieces. This sounds like a Manufacturing problem. I haven’t had an issues with the sockets or the set itself. Great buy
