Q: How do i get to the battery pack of the larger flashlight? There does not seem to be anything that turns or moves. I tried to use a wrench but it did not work.

Q: Re Mastercraft 2 pack Flashlight set.I purchased this set today and the smaller of the two will not work.Is there a right or wrong way in which the batteries go in side the body.Also the LED light seems to very loose.Any body experienced this type of issu
5 years agoA: The batteries that go in the flashlight should go with the plus sign (positive) down. Also, we have not experienced this issue of the LED being very loose with anybody. You can to go to your local store and return/exchange.
