Great Flashlight! No longer available!?!

It is a very good flashlight. It can be adjusted to a wide or narrow beam and also an emergency flash. I am trying to get another one, and am very disappointed that they are no longer available.

I am a farmer and need a good flashlight for late night trips to the barn. This handheld flashlight is the best I have had so far ! Bought it on sale & love the amount of wide range bright light it throws. Also easily movable to use on dimmer setting simply by pulling.

Q: How to remove the bulb. I have this flashlight & the bulb has failed after 2 yrs I can dismantle the flashlight but the assembly that holds the bulb cannot be accessed, it seems if you cannot service the unit the flashlight is useless

A: Ironically, all that I can tell you is, I think you`re right. Mine failed in less than a year and I have attempted the same things as you. Dismantled, tried new batteries, cleaned it but still nothing. I don`t think that the bulb can be replaced and its`s supposed to last like 50000 hours ? I think I got a total of about 45 minutes out of mine! It is a piece of junk!

A: This is the store brand of the Feit Electric 1000 lumens Flashlight which has a high beam intensity of 24080cd with a range of 310 m.The wide beam is clean without any hot spot. The only weak point , the flimsy neoprene cover on the power button.

Q: Light rolled off a work platform and hit the floor. Impact broke the led or perhaps a connection that I can’t get to. Any way to change this component? Or does this light come with a guarantee against drops? Or do I just need to discard and buy a new one?

A: Warranty only covers any manufacturers defects. Roll-over and impact damage will not be covered by warranty. If you know someone with an electronic background, your flashlight may be repaired. Other than that, you may purchase another one to replace your broken flashlight.

A: Hello, thanks for your inquiry. Our suggestion is to take the battery out from the row near the negative terminal of the battery rack, then proceed with the middle row and the last row. Please see the attached video for the reference. We value the feedback and will look to add more direction for loading/ unloading in our instruction manual.
