a year agoA: Hello, We do not have a specific cookbook made for this grill, but there are plenty of recipes online at your disposal with a simple Google search. Please make sure to allow your grill to preheat for at least 10-15 minutes to get to sear temperatures.

2 years agoA: Hello Miriam, This item is relatively easy to clean. The cooking grids can be taken out to easily clean the cook box. The grease cup is also easily accessible to empty in between cooks.
