Doesn't Work

The screw doesn't lock in place, so it just drills a hole in the cork and then unscrews on pull back, leaving a hole drilled, but the cork still intact.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Had a similar style, different brand for years that worked wonderfully. Bought 2 of these, planned to give one as s gift. Mine broke after 2 uses.

A: we have an EZpull corkscrew. After 10 years the original spiral got bent out of shape. Fortunately there was a replacement right there in the box. I installed it and it works very well. So I guess I'm set for the next 10 years!

Q: Is there anywhere in Kelowna BC where I can get this 'ezpull' cork screw repaired or can I buy parts?. I have used mine for about 5 years opening 2 or 3 bottles a week, it is now in need of repair.
