Great small bbq griddle.

Perfect little griddle. I use it mainly on a bbq with lava stones (flame tamers rusted away yrs ago) and it cooks steak to perfection. I find bacon(crispy)/fish and veg come out a little better on stainless steal though.

Be sure to season this by rubbing with oil and baking for a least an hour @ 350 degrees and it will work great for many years to come.

A: I used this on my gas stove and it worked like a charm. I have a number of cast iron pans that I use daily and this works just like them but I used two elements.

A: This is a heavy product and with coating on the surface of the product. If it is used directly on the electric coil, it may damage the coating because of the weight and the coil may also be damaged. It’s recommend to use on BBQ grills only
