Pretty potato lol

Handy gadget, I like it! Its one more gadget that I couldnt believe was produced but I'm kinda glad they did, I had never heard of a hasselback potato, they sure look nice for presentation and come out crispy and delicious.

Very simple device, but works perfectly. The family loves the potatoes made from this. Yukon Gold potatos are out favorite. Slice them up, pour a bit of olive oil on them and put in a 425F oven for 30 mins. After that time, take them out of the oven. The potatoes should be opening. That's when I add butter, some salt, garlic, a bit more olive oil then back in the oven for another 30-40 mins. The result is a cross between french fries and a baked potato.

Using the potato prep tool the potatoes are nice and evenly cut so butter, cheese and herbs are easy to be placed in the potato slices.

Very well made, nice depression to stop the knife from cutting all the way through the potatoe. The spacing is perfect for the potatoe slices, leaves them perfectly cooked. It works with large or small potatoes. I would highly recommended. It use to take me 20 minutes to do enough potatoes for dinner, now I can have them easily done in 5 minutes.
