Q: How do you regulate the heat setting on this! Will only cook at 400F. Can't cook fish at that temp!
2 years agoA: Temperature is fixed. If I recall it is set to 200 deg. I used it to slow cook ribs. Worked great.

2 years agoA: No you can’t use it as a deep fryer for it’s a smoker . Received product damaged and missing parts . This smoker is nothing but junk ! Waist of time trying to assemble and returning it to store . Don’t buy is oven !

Q: It says it’s a deep fryer, but in the description it only mentions Oil-Less frying, and one answered question also contradicts deep frying. Does this actually deep fry? As in fills with oil and deep fries?
2 years agoA: It is a oil free fryer, I used them both now and I would never again use the oil deep fryer, it tastes exactly the same as dropping it in oil, but way more healthier, hope this helps but I love my purchase of this fryer

3 years agoA: To hot for a slow smoker it does great as a light smoke, more of a fast fryer for example I can cook a half pork loin in an hour and ten minutes with a light smoke

Q: Should i preheat airfryer before placing Turkey, if so, how long to preheat? as there are no controls How long to cook a Turkey (mins per pound)

2 years agoA: no but i have a lot of recipe's that i use from my smoker and i actually bought it to air fry a turkey so i have a great recipe for that . i got the recipe from a good friend of mine that has the same air fryer hope this helps , thanks kw
