Satisfying Glue Alternative

I have been using "Extreme Glue" on my small projects vs. glue. Holds fast, dries quick (after 2-3 minutes adjust time) and if done carefully there is no squeeze out. More expensive, but satisfying.

A: I can not tell you if it is the same as Lepage Repair Gel, as I never used it. This was the first and the last time that I would purchase this item, Lepage Extreme glue. It did not hold when I tried to glue a broken plastic piece together It wasot worth buying.

Q: I need to glue a real leather strip to my faux leather car seat. Will this work?

A: I’ve only used it on plastics and it’s the best glue I’ve found for that purpose. It’s gap filling and slightly flexible when dry, so should work well with leather. Other sites say it bonds leather.

A: Thank you for the question. LePage EXTREME Glue NO DRIP GEL can bond to many types of materials but not all. This product is dishwasher safe and has a maximum service temperature of 120°C (248°F). The successful use of this product will depend upon the composition of your racks, amount of available bonding surface, and amount of stress the repaired area will be under in a dishwasher environment. For this situation it may or may not work.
