The product itself arrived damaged and chipped, so I had no choice but to return it. That alone was frustrating, but the return experience made it far worse.
I went to the Canadian Tire Cambie location to do a quick return and ended up getting hit with a nearly $90 parking ticket because the lot is paid parking. There was no clear or reasonable expectation that a Canadian Tire would charge customers to park, especially for a short return. Every Canadian Tire I’ve ever been to has free parking.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t even get my shipping cost refunded, so I essentially paid to shop at Canadian Tire, paid to return a damaged product, and walked away with nothing except wasted time and a massive parking fine. The parking company only offered a $5 “courtesy” reduction, which is honestly insulting.
Between receiving a damaged item, losing shipping costs, and being penalized just for trying to return it, this was an unbelievably bad experience. Shopping here literally cost me money.

Absolutely wonderful. Had an oval one which was 7 quart. Wanted a smaller one as not so heavy but excellent quality. Would buy it again.

A: The cast iron casserole weighs approx. 18lbs. Its a great product and really one of my favourite dishes to cook in.

A: This pot is not made for 500F! The tag attached to the pot clearly states it's only up to 400F...hence why so many people have it damaged after a use or two. The outer box and this site are misleading! Do yourself a favor and get something of quality..this brand is definitely not it!!!

A: Nope, I tried it but the color close to the rim came off. So easy to get stained and so hard to take it off and when you scrub it (although used rainbow net scrubber the paint comes off. I was not very happy although I bought it on sale.
