I bought this as a Christmas present for the wife. She is very happy with it. We are going to get more attachments and see what will come. Easy to clean up and very easy to use.

Failed after one year.

We’ve had this product for exactly one year and it’s not working. Everytime we turn it on it shuts off. You have to flip the switch three times in order to get it to even operate. Not impressed.

I bought it a month ago and used it thrice to bake a bread like pandesal,Spanish bread and ensaymada it really I’m from the Philippines and I miss all of those bread and this stand mixer helps me a lot to achieve the way I want so for me this product is a 100 percent worth buying. Good job kitchen aid.

Easy to use and easy to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, I absolutely love this, but it’s taking me a little getting used to since I have the old tilt head on my last one. I love the color, how smooth it operates, and it makes me feel like I can make any recipe! I’m excited for all the attachments that I can buy and use with it. Super easy to clean, as well!

A: Hi Shauna, thank you for contacting the Whirlpool Central Advisors! Yes this model does come with a One Year Full Warranty from date of purchase. The warranty section of the Owner's Manual says KitchenAid will pay for your choice of: "Hassle-Free Replacement of your Stand Mixer by calling the Customer eXperience Center toll-free at 1-800-807-6777 OR The replacement parts and repair labor costs to correct defects in materials and workmanship. Service must be provided by an Authorized KitchenAid Service Center." However, it also says that KitchenAid will NOT pay for: "A. Repairs when your Stand Mixer is used in other than normal single family home use. B. Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse. C. Any shipping or handling costs to deliver your Stand Mixer to an Authorized Service Center. D. Replacement parts or repair labor costs for Stand Mixer attachments operated outside the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Canada." I hope this helps!
