Q: Maybe a silly question but how are these supposed to be installed? Both are the same with the two way tape on the same edge so if you want them both to slant toward the outside of the car you have to put one on upside down...

A: We gave used these for many years and we have put them on all our cars over the years. You can put them in whatever way works for you. We line them up on the bottom outside edge of the mirror. I suggest that you use a little scotch tape on the backing and test where you will get the best results. Then attach them permanently. Once they are placed you cannot get them off without damage
