I just wanted a Bluetooth speaker but my sweet child bought me this JBL Google home abomination. It's a huge pain to set the thing up but once it's in place it was able to stream my music... As long as you're on the same Wi-Fi. Then after about a year and a half it just quit working. The sound was never that good anyway. Do not recommend.

Won't turn on. When it does, battery is low already. Takes forever to connect. Can't connect to Bluetooth before you connect to your Wi-Fi network via Google Home app which itself already sucks! Too much junk, too many issues and too much trouble for a speaker built in 2021 and barely used for literally a couple of months. It's ridiculous!

Came out of the box broken

Buttons do not work. The only way to turn it on is by plugging it in. Once on, it doesn't turn off, mute, or anything else for that matter.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Stopped Working

I received this speaker as a gift. Lasted a little over a year before it stoped working/charging. And it wasn’t even used that frequently throughout the year. Read other reviews for this exact speaker and it appears it’s a recurring problem. The charging ports must be defective given it just doesn’t charge. Way too expensive for it to not even last. I expected more from JBL. I guess my expectations were too high.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: My JBL 10 constantly requires me to re-log into my Google home app or it won't work. It might happen once a day or after an hour. I keep it plugged in and I have a good wifi connection. This is annoying.

  • A: Le compte gratuit de spotify fonctionne bien avec cette enceinte, il suffit d' indiquer une playlist de spotify. Sinon il y a aussi play musique qui marche bien en gratuit car on peut transféré 50000 mp3 de sa propre bibliothèque sur le cloud.

  • A: I would like a new update too. In new versions of Google Assistant it is possible to make it recognize only your voice (and link it with your account). This is a major update and I would like to count with it.

  • A: Tu mets ton téléphone en mode avion, après tu va dans Bluetooth,ect ect. Et tu enlève le mode avion. Comme ça des que tu allumera ton enceinte tu pourra la passer en Bluetooth. Pour moi ça marche.

  • A: After you have it set up, you can find it in the Google Home app under "Settings" section for the device. After you go into the "Devices" section of the app, go into the setting for the Link 10 speaker, and the MAC address should be listed at the bottom of the settings.
