Does NOT work with 5G network!

I spoke with staff 3+ times before ordering this online and paying to have it shipped to my home. I opened the box and read the start up guide. It said it does not work with 5G network. It did NOT say that on the outside of the box! None of staff gave me that info either--they probably didn't know. I have 5G network so I had to return this....and it was shipped from a Canadian Tire all the way across the city. I was told it had to be returned to that Canadian Tire rather than the one closest to my home. This took additional time, energy, and $! I was not very pleased. I would not recommend this product unless you know you have the proper WiFi network.

Pile of expensive junk.. don’t buy

This thing is junk. It would take the dirt instead of sucking it up put it piles all over the house. We have 2 dogs and there’s clumps of hair everywhere. It won’t suck it up. On top of that it won’t return to the base to recharge, just die wherever in the house. It’s too expensive to keep if that’s what it’s gonna do. Returning it back.

J'ai acheté ce produit sans avoir de grandes attentes, mais à ma grande surprise, elle nettoie étonnamment bien. Comme je dis à ma conjointe, partout où elle passe, on a pas à le faire. J'ai 3 chats et elle suffit pour un nettoyage complet au quotidien. Je recommande vivement ce produit

Really disappointed

First couple of times it was okay, but we can’t for the life of us get it to map the house (only seems to want to do the kitchen for an hour then the living room for 90 minutes) and twice now the brush has fallen off. Not sure where it’s gone this time, and we can’t find it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not as advertised and no ability to return it!!

This product does not work as promised. I could not get it to map my house for complete service, and it clogs quite frequently. I was even more disappointed that Canadian Tire will not allow me to return it (purchased 10 days ago). So consumers are at the COMPLETE mercy of reviews filed by 'influencers', whatever that means. Extremely disappointed in the product and Canadian Tire. Be vary wary of this product and the risk you take buying it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
