We’ve been loyal for 15+ years since a friend who sold the bottles as a rep gave me one to try. I keep buying them. This bottle was a warranty replacement and Hydroflask made it super simple and quick. Yes, sometimes products aren’t perfect. From there, it’s the company that decides if the customer will be satisfied. In my case, I am. And I’ll tell others too that the investment in a bottle is protected because Hydroflask stands behind it. I’m a loyal customer.
